These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using the official Japanex Stays website (https://japanex-stays.com/) and Japanex Stays properties, operated by DWZ Inc. (“the Company”).
Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms apply to all reservations, contracts and use made through this site.
Article 2 (Formation of the reservation contract)
A reservation is formed when the guest applies through the prescribed procedure and the Company sends a confirmation email.
Article 3 (Fees)
Fees are as displayed at the time of booking. Payment is by advance credit card payment.
Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)
- Use under a name other than the person who booked
- Stays exceeding the maximum occupancy
- Conduct that disturbs neighbors
- Violations of law
- Unauthorized commercial use or filming
- Damage to the property or its fixtures
Article 5 (Cancellation)
Cancellations are governed by the Cancellation Policy.
Article 6 (Damages)
Guests shall compensate for damage to the property or its fixtures caused intentionally or negligently.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not liable for damage arising from causes beyond its responsibility, such as natural disasters or transport disruption.
Article 8 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Chiba District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes relating to use of this site.
Article 9 (Amendments)
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms take effect upon posting to this site.
