A. Booking directly on the official site is the best deal — we offer exclusive direct-booking rates you won’t find elsewhere.
Q. Can I book for the same day?
A. Yes, same-day bookings are possible if the house is available. Check the availability calendar.
Q. Is there a discount for longer stays?
A. Some houses apply a discount for stays of 7 nights or more — it’s applied automatically when you book.
Your stay
Q. Can children stay?
A. Of course — children are very welcome at all our houses. Just include them in your guest count when booking.
Q. Can I bring my pet?
A. We’re sorry, but pets are not permitted.
Q. Is smoking allowed?
A. All houses are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking may be possible only where a house has a designated outdoor space.
Q. How many people can stay?
A. It depends on the house — from 8 up to 16 guests. See each house page for the maximum.
Q. Can we hold parties or use the house for filming?
A. Loud music and anything that disturbs the neighbors is not allowed; quiet gatherings are welcome. For commercial filming, please contact us in advance.

A. Yes — every house has a full kitchen with cookware.
Q. Is there a washing machine?
A. Yes, every house has one.
Q. Is parking available?
A. It varies by house. Check the Parking section on each house page, or our guidance on nearby coin parking.
Payment & receipts
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Advance credit card payment only (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AmEx, Diners).
Q. Can I get a receipt?
A. Yes — your confirmation email includes a link to download an electronic receipt. Japanese qualified invoices (invoice system) are also supported.
Q. Do you support corporate contracts and business travel?
A. Yes. Ask us about invoicing under a company name or consolidated billing for multiple bookings.
