How booking works
Step 1 — Choose your house
Browse the houses page and pick the home that fits your area, group size and layout. Each house page has photos, amenities and access details.
Step 2 — Pick your dates on the availability calendar
Tap “Check availability” on the house page to open the calendar and select your dates.
Step 3 — Enter guest details
Enter the lead guest’s name, contact details and number of guests.
Step 4 — Pay by credit card
Payment is by advance online credit card payment. We accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and Diners Club.
Step 5 — Receive your confirmation email
Once confirmed, a booking confirmation is sent to your registered email address.
Checking in
Check-in time
Standard: from 3:00 PM (2:00 PM at some houses).
*For early check-in, please ask in advance — we’ll accommodate where availability allows.
How check-in works
Self check-in via smart key box. After booking, we’ll message you the check-in instructions, key-box code and Wi-Fi details by the day before your stay.
From arrival to your room
- Make your way to the house address
- Open the key box by the entrance using the code
- Take the key, unlock the door and make yourself at home

During your stay
Wi-Fi & internet
All houses have fast Wi-Fi. The SSID and password are posted inside the house or sent by message.
Facilities & amenities
Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, washing machine, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, hair dryer and more.
Rubbish
Our cleaners collect rubbish after your stay — just gather it in the designated spot in the kitchen. If a house has its own rules, follow the in-house guide.
Checking out
Check-out time: by 10:00 AM
- Gather rubbish in the designated spot
- Give used dishes a quick rinse
- Turn off the air conditioning and lights
- Return the key to the key box
- Close the front door behind you
No special cleaning or paperwork required.
